Kevin Ledversis has a long and varied work experience. Kevin began their career in 1986 as a Production Control Planner at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. In 1991, they moved to Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. as an Account Executive, where they built a region from $500k to $2m selling Weber's line of thermal printers, printer applicators, label applicators, software and media. In 2005, they joined Intermec Technologies as an Account Manager, where they sold labeling solutions including a full range of thermal printers and media, with sales in the $5M range. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Diagraph an ITW Company, where they sold mainly into the Food & Beverage industry calling on plant engineers and maintenance managers, and doubled sales in one year. In 2012, they joined Printronix as a Northeast Regional Sales Manager, but an unfortunate accident ended their career there after 8 weeks. Finally, in 2013, they became the Director of Sales at Newcastle Systems, an industry leading provider of mobile powered workstations, accessories and power packages.

Kevin Ledversis has a long history of education and certifications. In 1985, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant University. After that, they went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Hartford in 1991. In 2017, they obtained a LeanCor Supply Chain Group LSS Green Belt certification. In 2021, they obtained a Business Strategy Executing the Strategic Plan certification from the Harvard Extension School. Kevin also holds GBMP Lean Certification and GBMP Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications.
