Catherine has a wealth of senior operations management and customer service experience gained across multiple industries and from previous roles which she held with GE Capital, Santander, Hermes and most recently whilst at Hitachi Capital.
She is a strong advocate of the Customer Service and Contact Centre sector industry and plays an active part in industry associations including being a judge for a number of years at a series of UK and European industry awards. She is passionate about promoting and supporting equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
