Minas Yang is a consultant specializing in cost management at newboxes since July 2022, emphasizing the benefits of external consulting for businesses. Prior experience includes a role in supply chain management at LINDY Deutschland from September 2021 to June 2022, where Minas contributed to the establishment of a central Asia hub and improved logistics processes.
