Vaughan Andrewartha has had a diverse work experience in the field of communications, marketing, and consulting. Vaughan is currently the CEO of Chilli Communication since July 2020. In addition, they have worked as a Communications Consultant for FreePayroll starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Strategic Communications Consultant for Collegia starting in May 2021. Vaughan also worked as a Marketing and Communications Consultant for MelliWorks, where they developed and launched a collective honey brand for honey producers on Saint Lucia. Before these roles, Vaughan founded and served as the Managing Director of Votive Communications from September 2004 to November 2018.
