Angela Damiani is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in fostering innovation and community engagement. As the CEO and Co-Founder of NEWaukee since 2014, Angela has focused on helping businesses effectively connect with their audiences. Angela also serves as a Partner and Co-Founder at Newance, supporting startups and enterprises in finding exceptional tech and finance leaders. In 2021, Angela cofounded the Midwest Founders Community, aimed at empowering entrepreneurs in the region. Additionally, Angela has played pivotal roles as a Board Member at Rivet and as a former Partner at Rev Collective, working to enhance workplace cultures and support women and non-binary individuals in their careers. Prior to these ventures, Angela co-founded ART Milwaukee and Radicle Concepts, showcasing a commitment to art advocacy and communication strategies. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Spanish from the University of Minnesota and furthered education at L'Accademia Italiana in Florence.
