Sola Faseun is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at Newable since August 2021, Sola partners with the leadership team to implement people initiatives for a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees, focusing on performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Prior to this, Sola held the position of Senior HR Advisor at BT from January 2017 to July 2021, where strategic collaboration with senior leaders enhanced employee experience and improved HR policies across a global workforce. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Assistant at Skills Development Scotland and an HR Data Assistant at KPMG. Sola holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Sunderland, complemented by CIPD qualifications.
