Andrew Potter is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a diverse background in telecommunications and infrastructure projects. Currently working at KiwiRail since August 2021, Andrew leads the Inspection Technology project for the Rail Network Growth Impact Management program. Prior experience includes roles as Delivery Lead and Project Manager for the Ports of Auckland's Container Terminal Automation Project. Andrew has also held senior project management positions at Fletcher Building, 2degrees NZ Ltd, and 2 Degrees Mobile Ltd, overseeing significant initiatives such as IT infrastructure transformations and mobile network rollouts. Previous work includes project engineering roles at Ericsson and Daly International, and Andrew holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
