Melissa Roberts is a seasoned professional with expertise in change management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Business Readiness Lead at NZ Post since November 2021, Melissa focuses on enhancing organizational readiness for projects. Previously, at Meridian Energy from June 2017 to November 2021, Melissa worked as a Change Specialist, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of a major transformation project through Agile facilitation and project delivery. In addition, Melissa held the position of Continuous Improvement Subject Matter Expert, responsible for cross-departmental collaboration to achieve process enhancements. Earlier experience includes working as a Mental Health Support Worker at Pathways from June 2014 to April 2016, where Melissa assisted clients in supported housing to develop independent living skills and successfully transition into the community.
