Steve Clarke is an experienced professional within the New Zealand Defence Force, currently serving as the Deputy Regional Recruiting Officer and Command Warrant Officer for the Youth Development Unit since December 2016. With a focus on supporting the development of young individuals aged 12 to 24, Steve contributes to policy, performance, and welfare initiatives within the unit. Prior to these roles, Steve held various positions, including Administration Officer, Human Resources Advisor, and Co-Ordinator for Leadership Development. With a strong foundation in recruitment, personnel management, and leadership development, Steve's career spans over two decades, showcasing a commitment to service and community engagement. Education was completed at Mount Maunganui College and the NZ Defence College.
