Georgina A Boamponsem, PhD, currently serves as a Learning & Development Specialist at New Zealand Blood Service, focusing on stakeholder engagement and adult learning approaches. Previously, Georgina worked at Helico Bio as a Regulatory Affairs Contractor, where responsibilities included regulatory assessments and stakeholder engagement. An earlier role as Learning and Development Lead at CompuTech Club Ltd. involved managing operations and creating instructional materials. Georgina's experience as an Academic Teacher at the University of Canterbury International College included developing learning modules for biology courses and mentoring students. With a strong research background, Georgina has held positions such as Research Associate and Biotechnology Research Scientist at the University of Canterbury, where innovative projects in plant biotechnology were developed.
