Manisha K. has a diverse work experience in the medical and research field. Manisha is currently employed at The New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute as a Scientist in Cell Therapy since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Mount Sinai Health System as an Associate Researcher II from April 2018 to October 2020, conducting research in the Department of Hematology/Oncology. Manisha also worked at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School as a Research Teaching Specialist V from April 2017 to March 2018, and as a Laboratory Assistant from September 2015 to February 2017.

Manisha has previous experience working as a Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica from July 2015 to July 2016. Manisha also worked as a Summer Research Assistant at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in July and August 2015. Additionally, they gained research experience during their undergraduate studies at UPMC, where they worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher from January to July 2014, and as a Student Worker from April 2013 to March 2014, assisting in computerized patient charts and other clerical duties.

Manisha K. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh from 2010 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences at Rutgers - NJMS Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences from 2015 to 2017.
