Donald Derham is an experienced attorney and legal professional with a strong background in civil rights and municipal law. Currently serving as a Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Hempstead and a member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights, New York Advisory Committee, Donald has held various membership roles in prominent legal associations since February 2019, including the American Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Bar Association, Republican National Lawyers Association, and Nassau County Bar Association. Additionally, since 2007, Donald has held the position of Secretary of the Long Island Lawyers' Chapter for The Federalist Society. Donald holds a JD from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Thomas Edison State University.
