Ellen Shannon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business systems and Salesforce administration. Currently serving as a Salesforce Administrator at the New York State Bar Association since November 2020, Ellen previously held key positions at Eagle Productivity Solutions, where responsibilities included Manager of Business Systems and Applications and Business Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes roles at Landauer Medical Physics as Operations Manager and Administrative Operations Manager for the Imaging Division, as well as positions at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services and HR Works, Inc. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Library Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Rochester.
