Rajay Shah is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food and commodities sectors. As President of New York Spice Inc. since 2023, Rajay oversees the distribution of Kasukuā„¢ branded spices and superfoods, utilizing advanced technology and culinary expertise. In addition, Rajay has served as President of Smile Natural Foods since 2018, focusing on high-quality superfood blends and pantry items, and has led Shashi Foods Inc. since 2006, a global commodities trader with a broad portfolio of products and strong international relationships. Rajay also heads the Shah Canada Group of Companies, which orchestrates various family enterprises across food, trade, philanthropy, real estate, and private investments. Rajay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.
