Felix Muniz possesses extensive experience in fiscal management and finance within the New York State Senate. Currently serving as Chief Fiscal Officer since May 2023, Felix has transitioned from the role of Director of Finance at the Senate Democratic Conference, a position held since January 2017. Prior to these roles, Felix held the position of Director of Budget Studies at the New York State Senate and served as First Deputy Secretary for the NYS Senate Finance Committee from January 2019 to January 2024.
