Erin Mahoney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the District Director for the Office of NYS Senator John W. Mannion. Prior to this, they worked as the Office Manager for the same senator's office. Erin also has experience in labor relations support at OCM BOCES and as a Lead Secretary at Syracuse City School District. Erin has held positions such as Office Manager at Avantis Medical Systems, Cisco Systems, Guided Delivery Systems, Inc., and Kerberos Proximal Solutions, Inc. Additionally, Erin has worked in accounting and finance roles at Concentric Medical and Bacchus Vascular. Erin started their career as a Research Assistant in clinical affairs at Lumend.

Erin Mahoney has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Niagara University. Erin also holds a HR Management Certification from San Francisco State University.
