Willie Dominguez is an experienced educator and mentor with a strong background in computer science and youth development. Currently serving as a Lower and Middle School Computer Science Teacher at The Buckley School in NYC since September 2011, Willie leads engaging classes focusing on 3D printing, coding, and digital research, while also providing IT support to staff. As a Boomerang After-School Teacher, Willie has created and implemented a self-designed curriculum promoting computer science among youth. Additionally, Willie is the Robofun Lead Mentor at Vision Education & Media, where computer science sessions are taught, and new staff receive training. In the sports sector, Willie has held the position of Vice President and Operations Coordinator for the New York Rugby Club High School Program, overseeing logistics and coaching development since 2011, and previously worked as a Youth Development Mentor with Play Rugby USA. Willie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Lehman College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Elementary Education from CUNY Bronx Community College.
