Antoinette Gardiner, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations & Engagement at New York Road Runners since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at FPL GLOBAL SERVICES SL (June 2019 - February 2020), L+M Development Partners/C+C Management LLC (September 2017 - May 2019), and The Durst Organization (April 2014 - July 2017), where responsibilities encompassed HR leadership, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Antoinette also held positions as an HR Project Management Consultant for the ASPCA, Senior Consultant at WinterWyman, and Director of Human Resources at AKAM Associates, Inc. and Empire State Building, demonstrating a robust background in full-service HR management across diverse organizations. Antoinette earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Oakwood University and completed coursework at Cornell University in 2011.
