Jake Fenske has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Jake currently holds the position of VP, Digital Membership at New York Public Radio since June 2021. Prior to this, Jake worked at Chicago Public Media as VP. Membership from July 2019 to June 2021, where they successfully grew membership revenue by more than 7% YoY in the first year and increased revenue by 35% YoY through improved segmentation and messaging.

Before that, Jake served as the Director, US Digital Marketing at Mead Johnson Nutrition from August 2017 to June 2019, where they oversaw and managed the entire consumer experience across all digital channels, generating $228MM in annual net revenue.

Jake also has experience at Redbox Instant by Verizon as Senior Director of Channel Partnerships & Online Marketing, where they developed paid media acquisition strategies and exceeded performance goals through optimization strategies. Jake also worked at Redbox as the Director of Online Marketing and Director of New Media, successfully driving email marketing strategies, launching national consumer rental promotions, and growing social media audiences.

Prior to their roles at Redbox, Jake worked at eCRUSH.com as Vice President, leading strategic planning and application design, and as Creative Director, overseeing overall creative vision and implementing return user engagement strategies. Jake also served as Senior Web Producer and Web Producer, designing and implementing new pages and optimizing designs for increased consumption.

Jake started their career as a Marketing Associate at Lake Forest College. Overall, they have a strong track record of success in digital marketing, membership growth, revenue generation, and strategic planning.

Jake Fenske earned a BA degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Lake Forest College, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
