Jaiah Gottor has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Tier 3 Technical Support Representative at TREND MLS, a Bright MLS. They then joined Comcast in 2004 as a Technical Support Supervisor and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, Jaiah worked at IBM, first as an IT Specialist and later as an IT Architect and Technology Manager. In 2014, they joined the New York Power Authority, where they held various positions including Lead Network Analyst, Manager of Network Services, Director of Enterprise Network Services, and currently, as Sr Director of the Digital Resiliency Operation Center.
Jaiah Gottor attended DeVry University in Ft. Washington, PA from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Network Communications Management. In 2016, they also received a certification in ITIL v3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
