Linda Forlini has extensive experience in the performing arts industry, particularly in ticketing and customer relations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Relations for the New York Philharmonic, Linda has held various director-level positions in ticketing at organizations such as the Cleveland Playhouse, Playhouse Square, and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center from 2000 to 2010. Additionally, Linda contributed to the International Ticketing Association (INTIX) as both a Board Member and Director of Ticketing during the same period.
