Alex Carp is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in research and fact-checking. Currently a Research Editor at The New York Times Magazine since February 2015, Alex also contributes to New York Magazine and has held the role of Fact Checker. Previously, Alex served as Senior Editor for Nonfiction at Guernica Magazine until May 2016 and dedicated time as Research & Essays Editor for Voice of Witness from 2008 to 2014.
