Kimberly Bartosik is a distinguished choreographer, performer, and educator with extensive experience in contemporary dance. Currently serving as a Live Feed Residency Artist at New York Live Arts since June 2017, Bartosik also engages with students as a Guest Artist/Teacher at Purchase College Conservatory of Dance. With a Bessie Award for performance, Bartosik's work is characterized by a unique movement language and rigorous conceptual exploration. Notable past roles include creating original works at prestigious institutions such as the Juilliard School and Princeton University, along with significant contributions to arts education through the Surdna Foundation. Bartosik holds a Master’s Degree in 20th Century Art and History of Art Criticism and a Bachelor's Degree in Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
