Matthew Rogich has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career in 2011 as a Talent Development Manager at NY Kids Club & NY Preschool, where they worked for seven years. In 2018, they joined the Law Firm of Steven Genkin, Esq. as a Litigation Paralegal, where they conducted legal research, developed reports, and trained other paralegals. In 2019, they worked as a Research Associate at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, where they focused on prospect research and donor profile development. Currently, since November 2020, Matthew is serving as an Operations Director at NY Kids Club & NY Preschool.

Matthew Rogich is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Prior to pursuing their bachelor's degree, they also obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University in 2023.
