Currently serving as the Director of IT for the New York Islanders, Pawel previously held notable roles as IT Manager in the same organization and at Computer Associates, where the role focused on managing the Development Partner Program. Pawel's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
