Jenessa Smith has a diverse background in visitor services and operations within cultural institutions, currently serving as a Visitor Services Associate at the New-York Historical Society since September 2022 and at The Paley Center for Media as PGX since June 2022. Previous experience includes roles at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine and Trinity Church Boston as a Visitor Services Associate, as well as a Warehouse Associate at Newbury Comics. Jenessa's experience in the arts sector includes positions such as Floor Merchandiser and Supervisor at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and an Auction Assistant at Skinner, Inc. Educationally, Jenessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Curatorial Studies from Brigham Young University, complemented by early leadership experience as Team Leader in Development at the Missionary Training Center.
