Zoila Ofelia Sagadraca has significant experience in customer service and administrative support, currently serving as a Personal Assistant for CDPAP at New York Health Care Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Zoila worked as a Bilingual Customer Services Agent at World Travel Holdings from September 2014 to February 2020. Educationally, Zoila holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Political Science and Government from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, where studies were completed from April 1990 to December 1995.
