Perry Grossman has a diverse work experience spanning various legal and academic roles. Perry currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since October 2019. Prior to this, Perry was the Director of the Voting Rights Project at the New York Civil Liberties Union starting in June 2017. In addition, they have been the Principal of their own law firm, The Law Office of Perry M. Grossman, since February 2017. Perry also worked as an Associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP from October 2011 to February 2017. Perry began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from September 2010 to September 2011. Before that, they were an Associate at Bingham McCutchen from September 2008 to September 2010 and had a summer associate role with the same firm in 2007. To further strengthen their legal knowledge, Perry served as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from May 2006 to August 2006. Additionally, they had non-legal experience as a Program Manager at CommunicationWorks LLC from September 2003 to July 2005.
Perry Grossman obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Policy from Swarthmore College in the years 1999 to 2003. Perry then pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Stanford Law School from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Perry Grossman attended William & Mary Law School from 2005 to 2006 to further their studies in Law, although the exact degree they earned during this period is not specified.
