Constantin Dumitrescu is an experienced Project Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority since 2007, with a prior role as Project Manager at The LiRo Group from February 2007 to November 2017. Dumitrescu has successfully overseen various construction and renovation projects, including significant residential developments and school modernization initiatives in New York City. In the earlier career, Dumitrescu owned several businesses, including a real estate development company and a restaurant that became one of the most renowned establishments in Timisoara, Romania. Academic qualifications include degrees in Electrical Engineering and Project Management from institutions in Romania and real estate training from the New York Real Estate Institute.
