Elizabeth Strojan currently serves as the Executive Director at the Louisville Metro Housing Authority, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Elizabeth held various roles at the New York City Housing Development Corporation from March 2017, including Vice President of Government Affairs, Director of Government Affairs, Senior Vice President for Administration and External Affairs, and Chief of Staff. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director for Public Policy & External Affairs at Enterprise Community Partners, Program Evaluation Manager at the University Neighborhood Housing Program, and positions with the Peace Corps and Centre College. Elizabeth earned a Master of Arts in International Political Economy & Development and Economics from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Centre College.
