Theresa Regan is currently an Individual Giving Assistant at New York City Center. Theresa previously worked as a Membership Advisor at Orangetheory Fitness from February 2021 to August 2021 and as a Membership Intern at New York City Ballet from August 2019 to December 2019. In their role as a Membership Advisor, they conducted telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls, created a friendly and welcoming experience for members and prospects entering the studio, responded immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensured proper on-boarding of all OTF members, worked closely with the Fitness Team to ensure that processes were fulfilled, attended and participated in OTF training programs, processed accurate credit card transactions, followed the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) every shift, and maintained an organized and clean lobby/front desk area. As a Membership Intern at New York City Ballet, they corresponded with patrons over the phone as initial point of contact in the Membership office, assisted with annual gift renewals, voicemail inquiries, and troubleshooting, assisted with packaging and mailing out acknowledgment packages (including premiums and brochures), updated invitation and salutation lists within Tessitura database, edited and proofed copy for acquisition appeals, renewal letters, and Playbill, researched new and prospective donors, provided general administrative support to the Development department as needed, and attended staff meetings and events whenever support was necessary.

Theresa Regan has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Dance from Muhlenberg College, and they also attended Clarkstown South Senior High School.
