Barb Ferguson

Executive Assistant For Operations/finance at The Christian and Missionary Alliance

Barb Ferguson currently serves as the Executive Assistant for Operations/Finance at The Christian and Missionary Alliance since April 2023. Prior to this role, Barb worked at The Ohio State University College of Medicine from November 2013 to April 2023 as an Administrative Office Associate and Medical Education Coordinator, where responsibilities included adhering to FERPA and HIPAA regulations, assisting students with document preparation, registration, and graduation processes, and coordinating events for Learning Community groups. Barb's earlier experience includes over 15 years at Battelle, where roles included Sr. Administrative Assistant and Executive Secretary, providing support to Benefits Finance and Administration teams, and assisting retirees with various inquiries. Barb began the professional journey as a Receiving Clerk at Pages Book Fairs from November 1996 to July 1998. Barb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
