Trina Estrella has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Worker's Safety Programs and Risk Mitigation at New York Blood Center since July 2004. In this role, Trina focuses on strategic planning for worker safety and risk mitigation, managing vendor relationships and workers' compensation claims. Previously, Trina held the position of Sr. Human Resources Benefits Manager at New York Blood Center, overseeing benefits administration for 1,250 employees and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Earlier career roles include Benefits Manager positions at Lenox Hill Hospital and Cooperative Home Care Associates, where Trina was responsible for administering various employee benefit programs and compliance requirements. Trina began a career in social services as a Counselor at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. Trina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from City University of New York - York College.
