Rick Kiernan is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at New York Blood Center since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rick was the Regional Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of Monmouth/Ocean Counties Region at RWJBarnabas Health from September 2012 to May 2023. Before that, Rick worked as an Associate Executive Director at Erickson Senior Living from February 2006 to September 2012. With a background in human resources management, Rick has also held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Monmouth Medical Center and Director of Human Resources at PHS Senior Living, Inc. Rick holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Human Organizational Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
