Margeaux Gordon, MHRM, has extensive experience in payroll management and human resources, demonstrated through various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Payroll Benefits Manager at New World Van Lines since February 2020, Margeaux oversees the payroll department, manages payroll processing for a large employee base, and resolves payroll-related issues. Previous roles include Payroll Manager at both Elite Dental Partners and Flying Food Group, where responsibilities similarly involved overseeing payroll operations and implementing systems such as ADP and Workday. Margeaux's career began as a Payroll Administrator at Ryerson and includes a foundational role as HR Manager at EPM, contributing to a diverse skill set in payroll, training, and policy development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois University.
