Susanne Persson is an experienced Applikationsspecialist with a strong background in IT and support services, currently working at Västra Götalandsregionen, VGR IT since December 2016. With additional experience at New Wave Group as an IT ERP Solutions specialist, Susanne provides global user support. Prior roles include Integratör/Konsult at Hogia, where project leadership and customer consultation were key responsibilities, and Support Analyst at AstraZeneca, delivering 2nd line support and training for internal applications. Susanne also has a consultancy background in developing ITIL training at SSO Consulting AB and retail management experience as a butikschef at Axén & co. Education includes a Kanditdatexamen in Informatik from Högskolan Trollhättan/Uddevalla and post-secondary studies in Mathematics, English, and Swedish at Komvux Kungälv.
