Darlene Weiss is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational capability. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Head of Human Resources at New Wave Design since February 2024, Darlene previously worked as an Organizational and Talent Capability Advisor with Represented by Salo, a Korn Ferry company. Darlene's notable roles include Global Talent & Development Leader at Donaldson Company, Inc, and Director of Global Talent and Performance Management at Medtronic. With a solid background in HR leadership spanning over two decades, Darlene has held key positions at Integra LifeSciences, Lockheed Martin, Thomson Reuters, and Honeywell. Darlene holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
