Katherine Stech currently serves as the Main F&B General Manager at South Congress Hotel since September 2023. Prior to this role, Katherine has accumulated extensive experience in the food and beverage industry with White Lodging, where responsibilities included serving as Restaurant General Manager for multiple establishments, such as Edge Rooftop at JW Marriott and Zanzibar at Austin Marriott Downtown, as well as holding positions as Restaurant Assistant General Manager at Corner Restaurant and Food and Beverage Manager at Upstairs at Caroline. Katherine's career began at Dave & Buster’s Inc. as a Corporate Event Sales Consultant. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Political Science from Texas State University and an Associate’s Degree in History/Government from Austin Community College.
