Shanell Lockhart has extensive experience in educational program management and policy analysis. Currently serving as the Postsecondary Pathways Manager at New Visions for Public Schools since July 2013, Shanell has held various roles within the organization, including Program Officer for College Success and Program Officer for Curriculum. In addition, Shanell completed a fellowship with Coro New York Leadership Center's Leadership New York program in 2018-2019, focusing on navigating complex social, political, and economic challenges. Prior experience includes serving as Development Associate at Classroom, Inc. Shanell earned a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy (The New School) and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Brown University.
