Jei Kanchanawong is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT support and systems management. Currently serving as a Technology Systems Specialist at New Visions for Public Schools since November 2021, Kanchanawong has previously held roles including IT Support Engineer II at Amobee, where responsibilities included documenting knowledgebase articles and providing hardware support for Windows and Mac systems. Prior experience also includes positions as an IT Support Engineer at Turn, focusing on staff training and network security, and as a Network Administrator at Perry Consulting, overseeing internet domain registration and Exchange migration projects. Kanchanawong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College and graduated from the Bronx High School of Science.
