Lindsay Fields-Goltz is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development expert with extensive experience in various organizational settings. Currently serving as the Executive Coach and Transformative Leadership Coaching Practice Leader at EY since November 2019, Fields-Goltz focuses on coaching senior executives to enhance their leadership capabilities. As a faculty member at Inner Team Dialogue, Lindsay co-leads a trauma-informed training program for coaches. Additionally, Lindsay has held roles as Adjunct Faculty at New Ventures West, Executive Coach and Founder at The Leadership Quotient, and Leadership Consultant & Coach at Bridge Partnership.
