Ayesha Julka is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in IT recruitment and a strong background in general recruiting practices. Since November 2019, Ayesha has been with New Value Solutions Group Inc, where responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with managers to establish recruiting requirements, and providing recruitment reports. Prior to this role, Ayesha served as a Recruiter at Efficiency Solutions, conducting interviews, implementing recruiting strategies, and managing employee onboarding.
