Jonathan Agus is a seasoned professional in the real estate and experiential marketing sectors with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as a Management Executive at Booth Street since September 2022, Jonathan Agus specializes in tenant representation and landlord advisory services. In conjunction, Jonathan has been launching the Experiential Division at New Tradition since June 2022, focusing on engaging branding initiatives in key tourist locations. Previously, as Chief Leasing Officer at Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., Jonathan Agus managed a $10 billion leasing portfolio and played a pivotal role in strategic vision development. Entrepreneurial ventures include successful investments in e-sports and delivery startups, along with serving as Chief Revenue Officer at the Premier Tourist and Landmark Association. Jonathan Agus holds a bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from New York University, and previously led CondoMax USA as Chief Executive Officer.
