Nikki Eslami has held a number of positions in their career. Nikki began as Co-Founder of Bellami Hair in 2012 and then went on to become Founder of New Theory Ventures in 2019. In 2020, they joined the Board of Directors for Rare Beauty, and in 2021 they became Founder of Wild Elements.

Nikki Eslami has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Laws from Bond University between 2006 and 2010. Nikki also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from The Australian National University between 2009 and 2010. In 2020, they completed a Sustainable Business Strategy Certificate Program from Harvard Business School Online and a Sustainable Supply Chain Management Certificate Program from University of Cambridge. Nikki is currently enrolled in an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) program from Institute for Integrative Nutrition which is expected to be completed in 2021. Nikki has also obtained a Certification of Qualification from Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2011.
