Rommon Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Administrative Marketing Assistant at Apricot Virtual Support, where they maintained the company's website content and sustained relationships with clients. In 2011, they joined London Luton Airport as an Aviation Security Officer, responsible for security and developing leadership skills.

Thompson then transitioned to the gaming industry, working as a Marketing Executive at Virgin Games from 2011 to 2013. Here, they were recognized as Marketing Employee of the Year and took ownership of various areas such as customer retention, reactivation campaigns, and mobile platform launches.
