James Lofgren is a seasoned Preconstruction Manager at New South Construction, where experience includes managing multifamily, municipal, office, higher education, and K-12 projects valued between $10 million and $200 million since January 2018. Previously, James held roles as a Cost Estimator at RIB U.S. Cost, engaging with federal agencies to create cost estimate reports and develop estimating standards, and as a Junior Cost Estimator, where responsibilities included quantity take-offs and cost estimation for projects up to $700 million. Early career experience included an Estimating Intern position at Faithful+Gould, focusing on detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology.
