Jessica Young is an experienced professional in program management and archaeology with a strong background in cultural resources assessment and project coordination. Currently serving as Program Manager and Proposal Coordinator at New South Associates, Inc., Jessica oversees GDOT programs, focusing on scheduling, contracting, and client relations, while implementing project management tools. Previous roles include Project Manager and Senior Archaeologist at North Wind Resource Consulting, where responsibilities encompassed managing archaeological field crews and large-scale projects, and Archaeologist at Transcon, focusing on consultations and project coordination.
