Alexcia Kabeya currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at New Silver, a fin-tech start-up focused on bridging decentralized finance and real-world assets, since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alexcia was the Owner and Principal Consultant at Spearhead Recruitment from May 2015 to June 2021, specializing in recruitment solutions. Previous experience includes working as a Supply Chain Consultant at Syndicate Personnel, a Project Manager at Cross Fire Management, and a Sales Executive at Genesis Capital. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Law from Unisa and a National Diploma in Human Resources from the Academy of York.
