Patrick Sbano is an experienced professional in traffic engineering, currently serving as the Director of Traffic Engineering for the City of New Rochelle since September 2016. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at MTA Bridges and Tunnels from November 1999 to August 2016, where responsibilities included managing traffic safety and engineering initiatives.
