Jeffrey T. Rawlings is the Division Manager of Substation for the Southeast Region at New River Electrical Corporation. Jeffrey has been in this role since October 2016, and prior to that they were with American Electric Power for 29 years. Jeffrey started their career in August 1987 as a Transmission Construction Rep and eventually became a Principal. In this role, they managed station construction, including the Cloverdale EHV station project, planned and executed outages, and assisted superintendents in project scoping/planning, interviews, and mentoring.

Before joining American Electric Power, Jeffrey was with Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern from March 1986 to July 1987 as a CAD Operator & Rodman. In this role they were responsible for CAD Operator - Civil and Survey Crew Rodman - Civil. Prior to that, they were with Piedmont Metal Products Inc from August 1985 to February 1986 as a Drafter where they were responsible for Drafter - Structural.

Jeffrey T. Rawlings has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Capella University in Business Administration and Project Management. Jeffrey also has an Associate of Science (AS) from Virginia Western Community College in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Jeffrey is certified from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
